Are tutors background-checked?
Yes. Every tutor must hold a valid Working with Children Check (or state equivalent) and pass our identity and qualification verification.
Online or in-person – which is better?
Both work equally well. Online sessions offer convenience and recording, while in-person tutoring suits younger students and visual subjects.
Can I switch tutors?
Absolutely. If your tutor isn't the right fit, swap to another at no cost.
Do you offer group or sibling lessons?
Yes – sibling discounts are available and small group classes can be arranged for friends or classmates.
How are payments handled?
You pay securely after each lesson via card or bank transfer. Invoices are emailed automatically.
