Vprogress is a tutoring matching service. We introduce students/parents to independent tutors and facilitate bookings and payments.
3. Bookings & Payments
Lessons must be paid for in advance or on completion as agreed. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a lesson may be charged in full.
4. Tutor Conduct
Tutors must hold a valid Working with Children Check and abide by our code of conduct.
5. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vprogress is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our service.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
